Gummy Bear Hitmen
Section 01 · Welcome

A letter from
the captains

You made a team. Not the team yet — that part's on all of us, starting now — most players spend a career joining clubs other people built. You get to build one.

Here's what we're about, plainly: we want to be a problem to play against. Locked in, aggressive, hard to score on, harder to stop. We're chasing real goals this season and we're not shy about it — we came to win games that matter and to find out how good this group can get.

But the wins aren't actually the prize. The prize is what's left when the season ends: a group of people who got better because they pushed each other, who genuinely like showing up, and who'll still be playing — and still be friends — long after any single result is forgotten. We're building a team you'd want to be on even on the days you're not winning.

One standard ties it together, and it's the one we'll come back to all year:

Being a Hitman means getting 1% better — or 1% more comfortable in your game — every single day.

Not 50% better by August. 1% today. That's a bar anyone can clear and nobody can fake, and a season of it is how a first-year team turns into a team that lasts.

The rest of this packet is how we pull it off — what we expect, where we'll be, how we talk to each other, what it costs. Glad you're here. Let's get to work.
